Key Responsibilities
Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of gemstones to effectively communicate product features, qualities, and benefits to clients and stakeholders.
Identify and acquire new clients, nurture long-term business relationships, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Develop and execute strategies to expand market presence locally and globally.
Monitor market trends, identify opportunities, and prepare actionable business plans.
Deliver persuasive sales presentations and maintain clear communication with diverse clients and international partners.
Attend international gemstone fairs and exhibitions to promote the company, build industry connections, and secure new business opportunities.
Work closely with internal teams to align sales efforts with business goals and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Gemology, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience, ideally within the gemstone or luxury industry.
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
Ability to travel internationally and represent the company professionally at trade fairs.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
