Job Overview:



As a Sales Executive at Arba Designs, you will play a critical role in promoting our interior design services to potential clients, building strong relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Identify and target potential clients in both residential and commercial sectors (individuals, developers, businesses, etc.). Use market research, networking, and referrals to generate leads and opportunities. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking events to build a strong client base.

Sales Presentations & Consultations:

Conduct initial consultations with clients to understand their design needs and objectives. Present company services, portfolio, and design concepts to potential clients, effectively highlighting the benefits of our offerings. Provide professional guidance on design styles, materials, budgets, and timelines.

Client Relationship Management:

Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Serve as the main point of contact throughout the project lifecycle, from initial inquiry to project completion. Address client concerns and work closely with the design team to provide tailored solutions.

Sales Negotiation & Closing:

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms in line with company policies. Close deals and secure new business while meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

Collaboration with Design and Project Teams:

Collaborate with interior designers, project managers, and other departments to ensure the smooth execution of design projects. Communicate client feedback and ensure that expectations are met from both a design and budget perspective.

Sales Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, proposals, and sales activities in the CRM system. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance summaries for the sales manager.

Qualifications:



Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field (preferred but not required).

Experience:

Proven track record in sales, preferably within the interior design, architecture, or home furnishings industry. Minimum of 1 years of experience in a sales role, with a focus on client acquisition and relationship management.

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a customer-centric approach. Knowledge of interior design trends, materials, and design software is a plus. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).

Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong desire to achieve sales targets. Creative thinker with a passion for interior design and home aesthetics. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
