Sales & Revenue Generation
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Negotiate terms and close deals with clients.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Provide excellent after-sales support and resolve customer issues promptly.
Market Research & Analysis
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Gather feedback from customers to improve products and services.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM or reporting tools.
Team & Collaboration
Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and customer support teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Participate in sales meetings, training, and strategy sessions.
