The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling IT networking products and solutions, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This role requires a good understanding of networking technologies and strong sales skills.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities for IT networking products and solutions
Promote and sell networking solutions such as LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi, servers, and structured cabling
Generate leads through cold calling, meetings, referrals, and market research
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable IT networking solutions
Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate pricing and terms
Close sales deals and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction
Coordinate with technical and support teams for solution delivery
Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM regularly
Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and new technologies
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in IT sales or networking sales (freshers with strong aptitude may apply)
Basic to good knowledge of IT networking concepts and products
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in B2B sales
Knowledge of brands like Cisco, HP, Fortinet, Ubiquiti, Aruba, etc.
Two-wheeler with valid driving license
