Job Description

Identify and generate leads for residential solar rooftop projects.

Conduct site visits, load analysis, and preliminary feasibility studies.

Explain solar solutions, system capacity, benefits, ROI, and government subsidies to customers.

Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and presentations with clients.

Coordinate with the design & engineering team for technical support and BOQ clarity.

Follow up with potential customers and convert inquiries into orders.

Maintain relationships with existing clients for referrals and repeat business.

Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update leads in CRM.

Support management in meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Coordinate with project & installation teams for smooth execution.

Attend exhibitions, marketing events, and promotional activities when required.

Skills & Competencies

Good knowledge of solar rooftop EPC systems (basic technical understanding).

Strong communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.

Ability to do site surveys, shading analysis, and load calculations (optional but preferred).

Self-motivated with a target-oriented attitude.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Ability to travel .

Qualifications

Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical (preferred)

Any graduate with solar sales experience can also apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Willingness to travel:

75% (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
