. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales pipelines, digital marketing techniques, and B2B/B2C outreach. You will be responsible for generating qualified leads, nurturing prospects, and supporting the sales team in converting leads into clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new B2B and B2C leads through various channels including digital campaigns, social media, cold calling, and travel-related platforms.
Develop and execute lead generation strategies to increase sales opportunities.
Manage and maintain CRM tools for lead tracking, follow-up, and reporting.
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to create targeted campaigns.
Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, travel agents, and corporate customers.
Assist in the planning and execution of marketing initiatives such as email campaigns, partnerships, webinars, and travel exhibitions.
Provide market insights and competitor analysis to improve product positioning and sales strategies.
Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and sales targets.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Tourism, or a related field.
2-3 years of hands-on experience in lead generation or sales in the travel industry.
Solid understanding of sales funnel management and digital marketing tools.
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho CRM).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of domestic and international travel products is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with SEO/SEM, paid ads, and email marketing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing automation tools.
Multilingual abilities are an advantage.
