Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
? Attend regular networking meetups (minimum two per week) to generate leads and expand our business network.
? Develop and nurture relationships through at least 15 in-person meetings per month with members of various networking groups for lead generation of both product and service offerings.
? Actively participate in exhibitions and trade fairs within India and abroad to promote our ERP product and marketing services.
? Manage the complete lead conversion process, from initial contact to closing deals.
? Maintain ongoing communication with leads and prospects via online and offline channels to build trust and sustain relationships.
? Develop, update, and deliver compelling presentations and demos of the ERP product and marketing services to prospects.
? Collaborate with the marketing team to implement strategies that maximize lead generation and conversion.
? Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
? Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Work Schedule & Benefits:
? Work hours from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
? Every month, two Saturdays will be off; work on exhibition or meeting days on off days will be compensated with additional days off.
? Flexibility to attend events beyond working hours with prior approval.
? Regular training and development sessions.
? Competitive salary of ?6.9 Lakh per annum plus lucrative incentives based on successful conversions.

Qualifications & Skills:
? Valid driving license and passport are mandatory.
? Proven experience in sales, preferably in software, B2B, or B2C sales.
? Educational qualification: MBA (preferably in sales or marketing) or BBA.
? Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; Konkani skills will be considered an advantage.
? Strong people skills with the ability to actively schedule appointments, follow up consistently, and maintain cordial relationships with prospects and clients.
? Disciplined, self-motivated, and passionate about sales and business development.
