Position Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and ambitious
Sales Executives
to join our growing sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and early-career professionals to build a rewarding career in the exciting electric vehicle industry. You'll work in an office-based role, handling leads and converting them into successful sales across B2B and B2C segments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Conversion:
Handle inbound leads and conduct outbound prospecting to generate new business opportunities
Follow up with potential customers through calls, emails, and meetings
Convert leads into sales by understanding customer needs and presenting suitable solutions
Sales Activities:
Manage sales for both B2B (corporate, government, dealers) and B2C customers
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations (as required)
Process sales orders and ensure smooth documentation
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Provide excellent pre-sales and post-sales support
Address customer queries and concerns promptly
Gather customer feedback for continuous improvement
Team Collaboration:
Work under the guidance of the Sales Manager
Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales targets
Participate in team meetings and training sessions
Share market insights and customer feedback with the team
Target Achievement:
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline
Contribute to the overall growth of the organization
Required Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
Freshers to 2 years of experience in sales (freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of Konkani/Marathi is a plus)
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
Self-motivated with a passion for sales and achieving targets
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Willingness to learn and adapt in a startup environment
Preferred:
Experience or interest in the automotive or electric vehicle sector
Previous experience in B2B or B2C sales
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems
