Lead Generation & Follow-ups: Identify and follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and OTA inquiries to convert them into confirmed bookings.
Reservation Handling: Process and manage reservations through OTA platforms, PMS, and internal booking systems with accuracy.
Guest Communication: Respond promptly and professionally to guest queries, providing all necessary property details and assistance.
Customer Service: Ensure smooth pre-arrival, check-in, and check-out experiences by coordinating with operations and housekeeping teams.
Upselling & Cross-selling: Promote upgrades, add-ons, and special packages to maximize revenue per booking.
Pricing & Discounts: Implement approved dynamic pricing strategies, apply discounts correctly, and maintain transparency with guests.
Data Accuracy: Maintain proper records of bookings, guest details, and payments for smooth operations and reporting.
Reporting & Insights: Prepare and share daily sales and reservation reports, track booking trends, and provide insights to management.
Customer Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with repeat guests to increase loyalty and referrals.
Target Achievement: Work towards and achieve monthly sales, occupancy, and revenue targets set by management.
Team Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
