. This hybrid role involves engaging showroom visitors and also proactively building relationships with
architects, interior designers, contractors, and corporate clients
to generate and convert leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Retail Sales:
Assist walk-in customers at the showroom and guide them through product selections
Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable furniture options
Prepare quotations, close deals, and follow up on after-sales services
Maintain product displays and showroom hygiene
Field Sales:
Identify and approach architects, interior designers, and real estate developers
Schedule meetings, office visits, and site visits to showcase our product range
Build long-term B2B relationships to drive bulk and project-based furniture sales
Generate leads through cold calls, referrals, and networking
Coordinate with the back-office team for proposals, deliveries, and project timelines
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in furniture, interiors, or building materials
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and target-driven with a go-getter attitude
Willingness to travel locally for field visits and client meetings
Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory
