Responsible for driving furniture sales by identifying customer needs, recommending suitable products, and ensuring an exceptional buying experience. Plays a key role in meeting sales targets, building client relationships, and promoting the company's furniture offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to understand their furniture requirements and recommend appropriate products.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain product knowledge of furniture ranges, features, and materials.
Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, interior designers, and corporate buyers.
Coordinate with the warehouse and delivery team for timely order fulfillment.
Support merchandising and showroom presentation to enhance customer experience.
Handle after-sales service and address customer queries or complaints.
Requirements:
Proven experience in furniture or retail sales
(preferred)

Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Customer-focused attitude with the ability to understand aesthetic and functional needs.
Basic computer skills (CRM, MS Office).
