Job Purpose:
As a Sales Executive with expertise in leading teams, appointing distribution networks, and driving
revenue growth. Skilled in building client relationships, market analysis, and aligning sales strategies
with organizational goals to maximize profitability.
JOB DESCRIPTION
? Implement sales strategies to achieve business targets and deliver high
performance
? Manage distribution networks for wider market coverage.
? Expand retailer and Wholesaler base for the range of products.
? Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adapt strategies.
? Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through quality service.
? To execute and implement marketing and promotion related
activities.
? To Arrange carpenter and retailer Meet on a regular basis.
Qualification: ? MBA (Marketing) or Graduation in Any Stream
Required Skills:
? Should be a team player
? Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
? Knowledge of local geography and channel partner
? Results-driven with a focus on achieving targets.
? Flexible and open to travel all North Eastern States.
Relevant
Experience:
? Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar Industries,
preferably in the manufacturing industry.
