Currently, we are hiring for positions -Sales Executive ( Freshers )

Sales Executive

Location: Bhubaneswar

Role Type: Field-based; extensive local travel required (PAN India)

Engagement Model: Internship (1-2 months without pay), followed by a permanent opportunity based on performance with compensation and Incentives .

Key Responsibilities

Generate qualified leads for our products and services through market visits, cold visits, referrals, local networking, phone calls, emails, and social platforms. Conduct in-person meetings with prospective customers. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services. Convert leads into paying customers and drive revenue growth. Maintain daily visit reports and update lead/prospect status. Coordinate with internal teams for customer onboarding and service delivery. Follow up consistently with prospects to progress and close opportunities. Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Requirements

Comfortable with fieldwork and frequent travel. Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Odia/Hindi/English preferred). Confidence in engaging with business owners and decision-makers. Basic understanding of sales or a strong willingness to learn. Self-motivated, disciplined, target-driven, and accountable.

Compensation
