Key Responsibilities
Lead & Inquiry Management
Handle inbound leads from Meta, referrals, local ads, WhatsApp, and email campaigns.
Communicate effectively with prospects to promote free and paid orientation sessions.
Make confirmation calls, send reminders, and follow up to ensure participation.
Maintain accurate and updated data in the CRM system.
Registration & Conversion
Support participants during orientation sessions and manage on-site registrations.
Build rapport with attendees, address queries, and create a positive experience.
Follow up for fee payments and convert leads into enrolled participants.
Reconnect with absentees to invite them to upcoming sessions.
Referral Generation & Engagement
Cultivate strong relationships with students and participants to generate referrals.
Coordinate with faculty for post-session engagement and retention activities.
Explore promotional opportunities in homes, schools, and colleges to increase reach.
