Job Responsibilities:

Promote and sell ladies fashion items to walk-in and potential customers Build strong product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries Maintain attractive product displays and ensure stock availability Assist in achieving monthly sales targets Build and maintain customer relationships for repeat business Collect customer feedback and report to the management Support billing, inventory, and day-to-day shop operations if required

Requirements:

Good communication and interpersonal skills Presentable and customer-friendly attitude Willingness to learn and adapt to sales strategies Fluency in Malayalam; basic English or Hindi is an added advantage Candidates residing in or around Kochi preferred
