• You will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, understanding their unique financial needs and providing tailored solutions to facilitate their international transactions and financial goals.
• With your expertise and dedication, you will enhance customer satisfaction, drive business growth, and reinforce PayFX's position as a trusted leader in the Fintech industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of clients, ensuring a personalized and seamless experience throughout their engagement with PayFX.
• Actively engage with clients to understand their specific financial requirements, provide expert guidance, and recommend suitable products and services to meet their needs.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product development, customer support, and operations, to deliver innovative solutions and address customer inquiries or concerns promptly and effectively.
• Proactively identify opportunities to expand client relationships and introduce additional PayFX services, maximizing customer value and loyalty.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory developments, and the competitive landscape, sharing insights and recommendations with clients to optimize their financial strategies.
• Uphold compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and ethical standards.
