We are looking for a

dynamic and motivated MBA Marketing fresher

to join our Sales & Marketing team. The candidate will support sales activities, marketing campaigns, customer engagement, and market research to help achieve business growth and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:Sales Responsibilities:

Assist the sales team in lead generation and follow-ups Identify potential customers and business opportunities Conduct product/service presentations to clients Support negotiations and closing of sales deals Maintain customer databases and sales reports Build and maintain strong client relationships
Marketing Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns Conduct market research and competitor analysis Support digital marketing activities (social media, email campaigns, promotions) Help in creating marketing materials (brochures, presentations, content) Track and analyze marketing performance metrics
Required Skills & Qualifications:

MBA in Marketing (Fresher or recent graduate) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts Willingness to learn and adapt Good presentation and negotiation skills Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Positive attitude with a target-oriented mindset
Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms Internship or project experience in sales/marketing Basic CRM knowledge
