We are looking for energetic and persuasive Sales Executives to join our passionate SmartAiRe team at Nashdom Innovations. Your role will focus on creating brand awareness, pitching SmartAiRe to potential clients, and driving product subscriptions through effective marketing and sales activities. If you're confident, self-motivated, and love communicating with people, this role is perfect for you. Key Responsibilities: o Promote SmartAiRe to potential customers through calls, emails, events, and social media. o Develop strategies to reach out to educational institutions, startups, and enterprises. o Build a solid sales pipeline and maintain healthy engagement with prospects. o Conduct product demos and explain SmartAiRe's unique value propositions clearly and confidently. o Plan and execute local marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility. o Work with the marketing team to craft promotional materials and outreach plans. o Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. o Represent the brand professionally in all communications and meetings. Must-Have Skills: o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills o Strong sales and persuasion abilities o Confidence in public speaking and client interaction o Good understanding of marketing fundamentals o Self-driven with a goal-oriented mindset Good-to-Have Skills: o B2B or B2C Sales exposure o Social media marketing & LinkedIn outreach o Presentation and negotiation skills o Knowledge of market research and campaign planning o Experience in conducting promotional events or field marketing
