Responsible for supporting B2B sales of IT products and services.
Identify and connect with potential clients, assist in building business relationships, and contribute to achieving sales targets.
Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Learn and understand company IT products and services thoroughly.
Communicate value propositions effectively to prospective B2B clients.
Research and identify potential clients in target markets.
Assist in developing and executing sales strategies under the guidance of senior sales team members.
Generate new leads through calls, emails, and networking activities.
Support in conducting product presentations and demonstrations.
Participate in negotiations and assist in closing sales deals.
Maintain accurate client and sales records in CRM systems.
Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for lead generation campaigns.
Gather feedback from clients and share insights on market trends with the internal team.
Prepare and assist in presenting sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
Follow up on leads, proposals, and ongoing opportunities.
Maintain professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction in all interactions.
Willingness to travel for client meetings or events if required.
Candidate Profile:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply.
Prior internship or exposure to sales/IT products will be an advantage.
Skills Required:
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
Good understanding or interest in IT solutions and products.
Eagerness to learn sales techniques and processes.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
