About the Role



We're looking for a

smart, confident, and energetic fresher (MBA or BBA)

who's passionate about talking to people, building relationships, and driving business growth.

As a

Sales Fresher

, you'll be responsible for pre-sales, lead nurturing, and meeting setups. If you close a deal, you'll earn a

guaranteed percentage commission

from that sale.

This is the perfect role for someone who's

ambitious, outgoing, and eager to learn

the real-world side of business, sales, and communication.

Key Responsibilities



Connect with potential clients via

calls, WhatsApp, email, and direct visits

. Follow up and nurture leads provided by the company. Schedule meetings with business heads or senior sales team members. Attend

events, exhibitions, and business meetups

to network and generate leads. Prepare and send

proposals

to interested clients. Close deals where possible and coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution. Maintain a record of

leads, follow-ups, and conversions

.

Requirements



Education:

MBA / BBA (Freshers) Must own a

bike or scooter

for local travel. Excellent communication skills in

English and Kannada

. Confident, proactive, and goal-oriented. Comfortable with

on-field visits

, event participation, and direct client interaction. Basic understanding of

sales, marketing, or client communication

.

Compensation



Fixed Stipend:

?10,000 - ?15,000 per month (based on performance and interview).

Commission:

Guaranteed commission on every deal you personally close. Percentage varies depending on project type and margin. Commission rate will be shared in writing (via WhatsApp or email) before proposal submission.

Payouts are made within 7 working days

after client payment is received.

No cap on commission
