Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
Understand clients' logistics needs and provide tailored freight solutions.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Quotations and Negotiations
Prepare and send competitive quotations for air, sea, and land freight.
Negotiate rates, service terms, and contracts with clients and carriers.
Follow up on quotations to convert them into bookings.
4.
Market Research and Analysis
Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
Analyze client feedback and shipping trends to identify opportunities or gaps.
5.
Coordination with Internal Teams
Work closely with the operations and documentation teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Provide accurate shipment details and special client requirements to the operations team.
6.
Sales Reporting and CRM
Maintain records of sales activities, pipeline updates, and client interactions using CRM tools.
Report on monthly sales performance, forecasting, and planning.
7.
After-Sales Support
Address any post-shipment issues and ensure proper customer support.
Follow up on payment collections, if required.
