Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
2-5 years' proven experience in freight forwarding sales (air/sea/LCL/FCL)
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship?building skills
Comfortable working toward targets in a fast?paced, target-driven environment
Proficient in CRM, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and freight documentation procedures
Preferred Skills (a plus!)
Existing network with shipping lines, airlines, NVOCCs, and customs brokers
Certifications like IATA, FIATA, EIFFA or logistics diplomas
Experience in managing a sales team
