Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for networking equipment and IT solutions.
Develop and maintain relationships with enterprise clients, system integrators, and distributors.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.
Present and demonstrate IT solutions to potential clients.
Client Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Understand client requirements and recommend the right networking and IT solutions.
Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, including technical guidance.
Sales Strategy & Target Achievement
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet assigned targets.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Negotiate pricing and contracts with customers and suppliers.
Collaboration & Reporting
Work closely with technical teams, distributors, and marketing departments.
Maintain accurate sales records and generate regular reports on sales performance.
Stay updated on new networking and IT products, technologies, and market trends.
Requirements:
Experience:
2 to 4 years in IT sales, networking equipment sales, or a related field.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of networking hardware and IT infrastructure solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
Preferred:
Experience in B2B sales or enterprise IT solutions.
