We are seeking a motivated and results-driven

Real Estate Sales Executive

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling residential or commercial properties, building strong client relationships, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Provide detailed information on available listings and conduct property viewings. Negotiate deals and close sales efficiently. Build and maintain a strong client database; follow up on leads consistently. Stay updated with current market trends, property values, and legal regulations. Prepare and manage documentation related to real estate transactions.

Requirements:



Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field (preferred). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong knowledge of the local property market. Self-motivated, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.

Must be able to speak Gujarati.

Candidates from South Mumbai will be preferred.


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?75,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
