Position Overview are seeking a
Sales Executive
with proven experience in the
real estate sector
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential properties, building relationships with developers and clients, and contributing to successful property sales closures.
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct on-field visits across assigned areas in Bangalore to identify and bring in new real estate inventories.
Build and maintain strong relationships with property developers, brokers, and clients.
Source and list potential properties suitable for ROI, rental, or standard return projects.
Generate leads and manage client interactions to drive property sales and closures.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property listings, and sales activities.
Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth deal execution and client satisfaction.
Provide regular market updates, property insights, and competitor analysis.
Requirements
Experience:
Minimum
1-2 years
of proven experience in
real estate sales
(mandatory).
Strong knowledge of Bangalore real estate markets and builder networks.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with fieldwork.
Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary:
?25,000 - ?27,000 per month
Petrol Allowance:
?3,000 per month
Incentives:
Attractive performance-based incentives and commissions
Working Hours:
10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Working Days:
Monday to Sunday (Tuesday weekly off)
