Role Overview



We are seeking a motivated and dynamic

Real Estate Sales Executive

to join our team in Thane. The role involves client interaction, site visits, and end-to-end sales support to achieve closures. You will be the first point of contact for prospective buyers and play a key role in driving property sales.

Key Responsibilities

Client Outreach & Engagement:

Initiate contact with potential clients through calls, referrals, and inquiries; present project information in a clear and professional manner.

Information Sharing:

Provide clients with accurate, detailed, and up-to-date information about project features, amenities, pricing, and payment plans. Address all queries promptly to build trust and confidence.

Site Visit Coordination:

Schedule and organize site visits for prospective clients. Ensure smooth arrangements, accompany clients to project locations, and deliver compelling walkthrough presentations.

Sales Closure:

Proactively follow up with clients after meetings and site visits, resolve objections, and use effective negotiation techniques to convert leads into confirmed bookings.

Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage referrals and repeat business. Act as a reliable point of contact throughout their property-buying journey.

Collaboration with Developers:

Liaise with developer teams to stay updated on project inventory, offers, and promotional schemes, ensuring accurate communication to clients.

Sales Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, site visits, and deals in the CRM system. Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipelines, and achieved targets.

Target Achievement:

Consistently strive to achieve and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining a customer-first approach.

Desired Candidate Profile



Education:

Graduate preferred (any discipline). 1-3 years of experience in Real estate sales Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities. Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits. Energetic, target-oriented, and customer-focused personality.
