Roles and Responsibilities



Achieve Sales Targets

: Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas for modern trade channels.

Key Account Management

: Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail chains and hypermarkets.

Product Placement & Visibility

: Ensure optimal shelf placement, planogram compliance, and brand visibility within stores.

Promotional Activities

: Implement and monitor in-store promotions, merchandising initiatives, and marketing campaigns.

Order Management

: Take and process orders, manage inventory, and ensure timely delivery of products.

Market Intelligence

: Gather competitive information, identify market trends, and report on competitor activities.

Relationship Building

: Foster excellent working relationships with store managers, category buyers, and retail staff.

Reporting

: Prepare regular sales reports, market feedback, and performance analysis.

Payment Collection

: Ensure timely collection of payments from modern trade accounts.

New Store/Account Opening

: Identify and onboard new modern trade outlets as per company strategy.
