2 -3 years' experience as a sales coordinator
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point

Brief :
Preparation of Quotations and submit the same to customers
Making preparation for quotes and submit the same in their portal
Getting quotes from different vendor and quote competitively to add margins and unforeseen expenses at site.
Once order received submit drawings for approval. Prepare Work Indent. Once project completed. Submission of completion of reports.
Follow up of enquiries.
Preparation of Proforma Invoice.
Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates.
Handling orders by phone and email and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and part numbers.
Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
Post order activities like arranging customer inspections, third party inspections, getting dispatch clearances, payment collection, organizing bank guarantee. Handling customer complaints and returns.
