Provide highly personalized service, understanding unique needs and preferences.
Foster strong relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
Product Expertise:
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of luxury products, features, and current market trends.
Effectively demonstrate products and explain their value to clients.
Sales & Target Achievement:
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive selling and upselling.
Proactively identify new sales opportunities and contribute to increased revenue.
Showroom Presentation & Management:
Maintain the showroom's aesthetic appeal, ensuring it aligns with the luxury brand.
Assist with visual merchandising to create an attractive and inviting environment.
Manage inventory levels and assist with stock control.
Sales Operations:
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
Manage customer data for CRM initiatives.
After-Sales Service:
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues professionally and promptly.
Provide follow-up services to ensure complete customer satisfaction post-purchase
