This role is for freshers who will sell ProfitEazy (finance & accounting SaaS) and Worksuite (task/project management SaaS) to SMB and mid?market customers in India and overseas through inside sales and online meetings. The executive will focus on generating leads, explaining product value, and converting prospects into paying subscribers for monthly/annual plans.

Key responsibilities :
Generate and qualify leads via calls, emails, LinkedIn, webinars, and partner channels for Indian and international markets.

Understand client business (accounts, projects, operations) and map their pain points to ProfitEazy and Worksuite features.

Conduct online demos (Zoom/Meet) along with the founder/pre?sales team, explain pricing, and handle basic objections.
?
Follow up on all opportunities, send proposals, and support negotiation and closure of subscriptions and add?on modules.
?
Maintain an up?to?date sales pipeline and customer data in CRM, with daily activity logging and basic forecasting.
?
Coordinate with marketing for campaigns, webinars, and content, and share feedback from prospects to improve product and collateral.
?
Support upsell/cross?sell to existing customers for additional users, modules, and higher plans, in India and abroad.

Skills and qualifications (Fresher) :
Any graduate (BBA, B.Com, B.Tech, MBA or equivalent preferred), freshers or up to 1 year experience in sales/BD/customer support.
?
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi; additional regional or international languages are an advantage.
?
Basic understanding or interest in accounting/finance (for ProfitEazy) and project/task management concepts (for Worksuite).
?
Comfortable with phone sales, email writing, online meetings, and working with CRM and office productivity tools.
?
High energy, target?oriented, willingness to learn SaaS sales process and work with global customers across time zones.

Work location, type, and compensation
Base location: India Bengaluru, selling to Indian and international clients via inside sales.
?
Type: Full?time; office?based with flexibility for late?evening calls for overseas prospects when required.
?
Compensation: Fresher?level fixed salary as per market for SaaS/IT inside sales, plus performance?linked incentives based on MRR/ARR closed.
