Your main responsibility will be to convert client inquiries into appointments and sales, provide treatment consultations, and build lasting relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell the clinic's aesthetic services and skincare products.
Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable treatments.
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Manage client inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, social media, or in person.
Follow up with leads and maintain a database of potential clients.
Build strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
Provide detailed information about treatments, pricing, and packages.
Work closely with dermatologists, aestheticians, and front desk staff.
Stay updated on the latest aesthetic trends and services.
Requirements:
Female candidates only (as per clinic requirement).
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or healthcare industry.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Fluent in English (Arabic or other local languages is a plus).
Presentable, confident, and customer-focused.
Basic computer and CRM skills.
