Sales Executive For Access Control System Industry

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and develop new business opportunities for access control and security solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients including corporates, contractors, and system integrators. Present and demonstrate products to potential customers, highlighting technical and commercial benefits. Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts to close sales. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with technical and service teams to ensure smooth project execution. Stay updated on competitor activities and market trends in security systems.

Requirements:



Graduate in any discipline (technical background preferred). 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in

access control, CCTV, security, or automation systems

. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and meet targets. Two-wheeler with valid license preferred.

Compensation:

As per industry standards + incentives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
