Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for frozen food products.
Develop and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, and key customers.
Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and merchandising at retail outlets.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach in Thrissur and Kochi regions.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics teams for timely delivery.
Collect payments and ensure adherence to company credit policies.
Prepare daily sales reports and update market feedback to the sales manager.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum
1-3 years of FMCG sales experience
(experience in Frozen Food or Cold Chain products preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented with good market knowledge.
Willingness to travel locally within assigned areas (Thrissur & Kochi).
Valid two-wheeler and driving license are mandatory.
