Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in the manufacturing sector.
Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers by providing tailored solutions and excellent service.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, engineering) to meet customer requirements.
Track sales metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial products sector.
Strong knowledge of sales processes, client acquisition, and account management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
