We are looking for a high-energy, result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. You will be the face of our brand in the market, responsible for introducing our range of floor cleaners, laundry liquids, and car care products to retailers and wholesalers. Your goal is to expand our market footprint and ensure our products are available at every local store.
Key Responsibilities
o Market Coverage:
Visit a minimum of 30-35 retail outlets (Kirana stores, supermarkets, hardware/auto shops) daily as per the assigned beat/route.
o Order Generation:
Pitch our product range (Floor Cleaner, Dish Wash, Laundry Liquid, etc.) to shopkeepers and secure orders.
o Retailer Relationships:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with shop owners to ensure repeat business.
o Visibility:
Ensure our products are displayed prominently at the "eye level" on shop shelves.
o Scheme Communication:
Explain current trade schemes, discounts, and margins clearly to retailers.
o Market Intelligence:
Keep track of competitor pricing, new product launches, and feedback from the market.
o Reporting:
Maintain a daily record of visits, orders booked, and payments collected.
Requirements & Qualifications
o Experience:
1-3 years of experience in FMCG field sales (candidates with experience in soaps, detergents, or home care will be preferred).
o Education:
Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.
o Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation skills. Must be able to handle "No" from a customer and turn it into a "Yes."
o Mandatory:
Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
Must have a smartphone for reporting.
Deep knowledge of the local geography/market routes.
What We Offer
Competitive Salary: Fixed monthly salary of ?20,000/- To ?25,000/-.
