Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned area.
Visit retailers, wholesalers, and distributors regularly to promote products.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain proper stock levels and ensure timely delivery of goods.
Implement effective marketing and sales strategies to improve brand visibility.
Collect market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Coordinate with the sales manager and report daily/weekly sales updates.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage merchandising and product display at retail points.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in
FMCG sales
(retail/distribution preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets under pressure.
Good knowledge of local markets and customer behavior.
Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.
