WhiteShark Polymer is a sustainable packaging company manufacturing and trading
biodegradable and compostable alternatives
such as grocery bags, garbage bags, paper plates, wooden cutlery, and bagasse boxes. We aim to make sustainable packaging as accessible and fast-moving as FMCG goods, creating everyday impact through responsible consumption.
Role Objective
To build, activate, and grow direct retail and wholesale sales of biodegradable products across multiple outlet categories -- applying FMCG-style sales execution: beat planning, journey cycles, product demonstration, and trade relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Execution
Visit 25-30 outlets daily (pharmacies, packaging wholesalers, fruit & vegetable stores, QSRs, restaurants, and allied shops).
Conduct product presentations using catalogues, samples, and POS materials.
Book orders on a
weekly or fortnightly beat plan

Achieve outlet-wise and beat-wise sales and coverage targets.
2. Distribution Development
Identify and appoint sub-distributors / stockists in new territories.
Manage inventory rotation, billing, and credit follow-ups.
Work with logistics and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment and service.
3. Trade Marketing
Implement and monitor trade promotions, discounts, and incentive schemes.
Ensure product visibility and branding at retail touchpoints.
Gather market intelligence on competitor products, prices, and new launches.
4. Customer Relationship & Service
Handle objections, negotiate pricing, and build long-term relationships.
Ensure post-sales service and feedback collection.
Generate repeat business and referrals.
5. Reporting & Analysis
Maintain daily call reports (DCRs), beat-wise sales tracking, and order status.
Share weekly sales summaries and market feedback.
Coordinate with Area Sales Manager for planning and execution.
Candidate Profile
Preferred Requirement
Education
Graduate / Diploma (Any stream). MBA (Marketing / Sales) preferred.
Experience
2-5 years in FMCG / packaging / disposable / polymer product sales.
Industry Exposure
FMCG distributors, general trade, or HORECA channel preferred.
Skills
Strong communication, negotiation, and on-the-spot selling ability.
Tools
Proficiency in Excel / WhatsApp order system / CRM app (training provided).
Other
2-wheeler with valid license mandatory. Local language fluency required.
