Job Description

Responsibilities:



1. Understand customer needs and requirements and propose suitable products or services to meet those needs.

2. Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company. Both individually.

3. Distributor Management

4. Negotiate terms of sales and close deals with customer

5. Keep abreast of markets trends, competitors' activities and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.

6. Provide regular report on sales activities, including pipelines, forecasts and achievements to the sales Manager

7. He should have biographical Knowledge

8. Represent the company at industry events, Trade shows and conferences to promote our products or services

Skill Requirements:



Minimum PUC Qualification Proven experience in sales (FMCG) Strong negotiation and closing skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently System knowledge Willingness to travel as required Ability to adapt to changing environments and priorities. Positive attitude and a passion for sales.
