We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive who is fluent in Hindi to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with customers, and driving sales revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques.
2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
3. Sales Pitch and Presentation: Deliver effective sales pitches and presentations to customers in Hindi and/or English.
4. Product/Service Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products/services.
5. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
6. Market Feedback: Gather market feedback and competitor intelligence to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
1. Fluency in Hindi: Excellent spoken and written Hindi skills.
2. Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C setting.
3. Communication Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
4. Product/Service Knowledge: Ability to learn and understand our products/services.
5. Results-Oriented: Strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
