We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused
Sales Executive
with experience in flight ticket booking and travel services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent product knowledge, and the ability to handle end-to-end travel booking queries.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries related to
domestic and international flight bookings
.
Provide fare quotes, itinerary options, and assist customers in selecting the best travel deals.
Book flight tickets using GDS systems (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo) or online portals.
Manage
PNR creation, modification, cancellation, and refunds
.
Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
Achieve monthly
sales targets
and contribute to revenue growth.
Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally.
Keep updated with airline policies, promotional fares, and travel regulations.
Coordinate with airlines, travel partners, and internal teams as needed.
Prepare daily sales reports and maintain booking records.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in
flight ticketing or travel sales
.
Knowledge of GDS (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo) is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer proficiency (Excel, Email, CRM tools).
Attention to detail and accuracy in ticketing.
Optional (Add if needed)
Experience in holiday packages or visa processing.
Ability to work flexible shifts (if required).
Salary
As per industry standards + incentives based on sales performance.
