We cater to graphic novel enthusiasts in English-speaking markets, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and the Indian subcontinent. With over 20 series currently in pipeline for launch by 2027, we are seeking a global partner to facilitate the digital and physical distribution of our titles, ensuring their presence in retail stores worldwide. Role Overview
This is a
hybrid B2B role
ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment. You will be expected to handle both
domestic and international sales
, work flexible shifts, and travel for business meetings or trade events.
Key Responsibilities
Handle both Indian and international B2B sales accounts.
Participate in
trade fairs, retail events, and industry exhibitions
to represent the company.
Conduct
online and in-person pitches
to distributors and bookstores.
Travel domestically or internationally for client meetings and deal closures.
Manage leads, track follow-ups, and maintain data accuracy in CRM tools.
Support the international team during night shifts for global communications.
Provide
weekly reports
on leads, conversions, and revenue forecasts.
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, production, and logistics teams for smooth execution.
Required Qualifications
Willingness to
travel frequently (domestic & international)
and work flexible shifts.
1-3 years of experience in
B2B sales, channel development, or distribution partnerships
.
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
Strong understanding of client management and retail negotiations.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and adaptable to multiple markets and time zones.
Preferred Skills
Experience in
publishing, FMCG, or content-based B2B industries
.
Familiarity with CRM systems, reporting tools, and presentation software.
Comfort with both in-person and online client interactions.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
