We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented

Sales Executive

with experience in the

Printing and Flexible Packaging industry

. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, understanding packaging requirements, and driving sales growth in domestic and/or regional markets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred).

2-5 years of experience in printing, packaging, or flexible packaging sales

or Container Manufacturing Industry(preferred).

Key Responsibilities1. Business Development

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the

flexible packaging, laminates, and pouch manufacturing

segments. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitors, and new trends in packaging. Generate leads, cold call potential customers, and schedule client meetings.

2. Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients. Understand customer packaging requirements (materials, laminates, film structures, printing specifications). Provide technical and commercial support to clients by coordinating with production, design, and quality teams.

3. Sales & Revenue Growth

Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare and present quotations, pricing, and proposals as per client requirements. Negotiate rates and close orders while ensuring profitability.

4. Coordination & Follow-ups

Coordinate with internal departments for order processing, artwork approvals, production follow-ups, and timely dispatch. Maintain regular communication with clients regarding order status, complaints, or quality feedback. Resolve customer issues with support from the technical and quality teams.

5. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain accurate records of enquiries, quotations, orders, and client interactions. Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review. Update CRM or internal systems with sales activities.

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
