Qualifications & Skills



Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation) or equivalent; Diploma with relevant experience may be considered. 2-5 years of experience in sales of Fire Fighting / Fire Alarm / Security Systems (experience in Mumbai/Gujarat market preferred). Good knowledge of NFPA, NBC, and local fire norms is preferred. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong client relationship management abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Self-motivated with ability to work independently and under pressure

Key Responsibilities



Business Development

Generate leads through market research, cold calls, networking, and site visits in Mumbai and Gujarat. Develop new business opportunities with contractors, consultants, builders, architects, and corporate clients. Promote the company's fire fighting, fire alarm, suppression, CCTV, access control, and related safety/security solutions.

Sales & Client Engagement

Prepare and present technical & commercial proposals to clients. Follow up on submitted quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals. Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, consultants, and decision-makers.

Market & Competitor Analysis

Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and industry trends in both regions. Provide feedback to management for product positioning and pricing strategy.

Coordination & Documentation

Coordinate with design/estimation teams to prepare BOQs, quotations, and technical submissions. Ensure proper documentation as per company and client requirements. Follow up on payments as per agreed terms and conditions.

Sales Targets & Reporting

Achieve assigned sales targets (monthly/quarterly/annual). Submit daily/weekly sales activity reports to management. Maintain CRM records and track sales pipeline.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
