We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to join our FinTech team. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on engaging with prospective clients through WhatsApp and phone calls. Your primary responsibilities include explaining our mutual fund platform, addressing client queries, and guiding them through the onboarding process. This position is entirely office-based with
no fieldwork or travel
involved.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with prospective clients via WhatsApp and phone calls in a clear and professional manner
Explain mutual fund products and platform features in simple, easy-to-understand language
Identify client needs and qualify leads based on defined criteria
Manage the sales funnel with consistent follow-ups and client engagement
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and updates in the CRM
Achieve monthly targets related to conversions and client engagement
Requirements
1-4 years of experience in sales, telecalling, or business development (FinTech or financial product experience preferred)
Strong spoken communication skills in English and Hindi
Interest in financial products, particularly mutual funds
Goal-driven mindset with excellent follow-up and time-management skills
Full-time, on-site availability

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?57,000.00 per month
