Rabaadi Financial Services is an early stage financial products distribution firm. We work with a wide range of investment solutions including Mutual Funds, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), and Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs), serving individuals, professionals, and long-term investors.

We are looking to onboard

experienced sales and business development professionals

to support our growth through client acquisition and relationship building.

Role Overview



This is a

part-time, flexible role

focused on

client outreach, lead generation, and onboarding coordination

. The role does

not

involve executing transactions or providing investment advice.

The ideal candidate will leverage their

existing professional or personal network

to introduce prospective clients and facilitate initial engagement with our firm.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and connect with potential clients through personal and professional networks Generate qualified leads for investment products such as Mutual Funds, PMS, and AIFs Coordinate client onboarding by collecting preliminary information and facilitating introductions Explain products at a high level and schedule discussions with internal investment specialists Maintain basic follow-ups and relationship management Ensure communication is aligned with regulatory and compliance standards

Eligibility & Requirements



Proven experience in

sales, business development, or client acquisition

Working knowledge of financial products such as

Mutual Funds, SIPs, PMS, or AIFs

Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable working independently in a target-oriented environment Professional network suitable for client introductions

Note: Candidates without prior sales or business development experience will not be considered.



Role Details



Engagement Type:

Part-time / Independent engagement.

Working Hours:

Flexible (no fixed schedule).

Location:

Remote / Hybrid (India).

Training & Support:

Product orientation and onboarding support provided.

What This Role Is Not



Not a call-center or telecalling role. Not a full-time salaried position. Not responsible for executing trades or handling client funds.
