Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven and customer-focused
Sales Executive
to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our financial products to individuals or businesses, maintaining client relationships, and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell a range of financial products (e.g., Demat, Mutual Fund, Insurance, investment products, )
Generate new leads and follow up on existing ones
Conduct needs analysis to understand client financial goals
Provide product information and suitable recommendations
Close sales and ensure a smooth onboarding process for clients
Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports
Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of experience
in selling financial products (Demat, Mutual Fund, Insurance, investment products, )
Strong understanding of financial services and products
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
