: AURA ALKALINE is looking for a proactive and skilled CRM Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience in customer relationship management, with a strong proficiency in Excel, basic computer skills, and experience in cold calling. Excellent communication skills in English are essential.
Key Responsibilities : ₹ Manage and update the CRM system to ensure accurate customer information and engagement records.

Conduct cold calling to potential and existing customers to promote our products and gather feedback.

Assist in analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities for engagement.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for improving customer experience and loyalty.

Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions, preferences, and feedback.

Help organize and execute customer loyalty programs and promotional activities. Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.

2 to 3 years of experience in a CRM or customer service role.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.

Experience with cold calling and lead generation.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Ability to analyze data and generate insights.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
