We are looking for an fresher/experienced candidate who can do following tasks;
Sales reporting
: Work with senior sales staff to create and maintain sales reports
Sales training
: Attend sales training and develop an understanding of the company's products and services
Sales team support
: Ensure salespeople understand and follow dealership policies and procedures
Delivery
: Establish and maintain standards for vehicle delivery to customers
Customer satisfaction
: Ensure customer satisfaction by professionally delivering vehicles to customers
Visit client locations to meet and build relationships with potential and existing customers.
Present and promote products or services, conducting demonstrations as needed.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints to ensure satisfaction.
Sales & Revenue Generation:
Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads through various methods like cold calling and client visits.
Negotiate and close sales contracts and deals.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and quotas.
Sales Strategy & Management:
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers and manage the sales process.
Prepare sales, needs analysis, and cost-benefit reports.
Provide weekly and monthly sales reports and forecasts to management.
Market Awareness:
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and evaluate market trends.
Monitor competitors' strategies and products to stay informed.
Collaboration & Operations:
Coordinate with the sales team and other internal departments to achieve sales objectives.
Maintain updated customer records and databases, often using CRM software.
Participate in trade shows and industry events to network and find new opportunities.
Candidates within Mangalore city limits are preferred.
