Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our briquettes and pellets to industrial clients, commercial buyers, and institutional customers. This is an on-field role that involves client visits, lead generation, closing sales, and maintaining relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify potential customers and generate leads in assigned territories Conduct field visits to promote briquettes and pellets as sustainable fuel alternatives Build strong relationships with industries such as food processing, textiles, ceramics, paper mills, etc. Explain technical and commercial benefits of the products to prospective buyers Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets Provide regular market feedback and competitor analysis Maintain sales records, client interactions, and follow-ups using CRM tools Coordinate with the production and logistics teams for timely deliveries Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events

Requirements:

Minimum 1-3 years of field sales experience, preferably in biofuel, agro products, or industrial consumables Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Understanding of biomass fuels (briquettes, pellets) and their industrial applications is an added advantage Ability to work independently and travel extensively Graduate in Marketing Domain will be preferred Own vehicle and valid driving license

Compensation:

Fixed Salary + Performance-based Incentives Travel Reimbursements as per company policy
