Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented
Sales Executive - Field Sales (PEB)
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of
Pre-Engineered Building systems
and experience in B2B industrial or construction-related field sales. You will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets by offering tailored PEB solutions to clients in industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients such as contractors, consultants, architects, and industrial clients within the assigned region.
Conduct regular field visits to promote PEB products and solutions, understand client requirements, and present suitable proposals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the construction and infrastructure sectors.
Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Estimation, Engineering) to prepare and deliver technically accurate proposals.
Follow up on leads, inquiries, and quotations to convert prospects into confirmed orders.
Track and monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
Meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, project updates, and sales progress using CRM or reporting tools.
Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and seminars to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
in Mechanical / Civil Engineering, or related technical field.
1-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in PEB, steel structures, construction materials, or industrial products.
Strong understanding of PEB systems, construction practices, and basic structural design concepts.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and result orientation.
Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools and basic AutoCAD is a plus.
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
Preferred Skills:
Existing client network in construction, real estate, infrastructure, or manufacturing sectors.
Ability to read and interpret basic technical drawings.
Knowledge of local building codes, construction practices, and industry standards.
Strong commercial acumen and deal-closing skills.
